This article calculates the forecast values of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the tourism personnel, which must be associated with long-term plans for the development of the tourism industry. In addition, these plans should be an integral part of the policy of employment and employment within the framework of state programs for the socio-economic development of the regions of the republic. Such a systematic approach will make it possible to accurately and reasonably implement the forecasts of the needs for professional tourism personnel
