This article analyzes the issues of bank transformation and digitization of services, changes in digital channels during and after the pandemic of COVID-19, changes in the cost base and time efficiency of traditional and digitally transformed effective banks, technological trends requiring digital transformation in banks. In addition, the author presents conclusions and suggestions related to the implementation of digital transformation in the banking sector
