This article describes the economic content of the stock market structure, the opinions of economists in the field. The current state of development of the securities market in Uzbekistan was analyzed and the participation of economic sectors in the total sales was evaluated. A scientific proposal and practical recommendations on the development of the stock market have been formulated.
