The article is devoted to the analysis of psycholinguistic mechanisms involved in the formation of business written communication in the field of human resource management. It examines cognitive aspects of communication and psychological factors that determine the structure of a specialist’s written competence. Mental models of professional interaction and psychological barriers arising during the creation of official documents are discussed. The study confirms that a well-developed speech culture positively influences the perception of an organization’s image and enhances the effectiveness of building trust-based relationships between employees and employers.
