Silver nanoparticles stabilized in sodium-carboxymethyl cellulose (Na-CMC) solution with degree of substitution 0,65-0.85 and degree of polymerization 200-600 were synthesized. The structure, physico-chemical, mechanical properties and bactericidal activity of films obtained from solutions of Na-CMC containing silver nanoparticles were studied. The shape and size of silver nanoparticles in structure of Na-CMC films were determined using atomic force microscopy and UV - spectroscopy. It is established that with an increase in silver nitrate concentration in Na-CMC solutions and film, the size and shape of silver nanoparticles changed during photo irradiation. Studies have shown that the shape, size and number nanoparticles of silver determined their biological activity. It was found that an increase in the number of silver nanoparticles with sizes of 5-25 nm contributes to an increase in the bactericidal activity of Na-CMC films. A basic technological scheme and production technology for the biodegradable bactericidal Na-CMC films contained silver nanoparticles with specified dimensions with bactericidal and bacteriostatic properties, intended for the treatment of burns and trophic ulcers, have been developed.
