CLASSIFICATION OF TWO-DIMENSIONAL BICOMMUTATIVE ALGEBRAS OVER AN ARBITRARY FIELD

Annotatsiya

In this paper, we classify all two-dimensional bicommutative algebras over an arbitrary field. Foundational ideas in nonassociative algebra go back to early work (e.g., Smiley), whereas the bicommutative setting was developed later by Dzhumadil'daev and Drensky within nonassociative algebra and operad theory. Such algebras satisfy the left- and right-commutativity identities and form a significant class among nonassociative structures. Studying their structure and classification provides fundamental insight into the nature of low-dimensional nonassociative systems.
