я. Развита теория экситонного механизма двухфононного резонансного комбинационного рассеяния света(2ФРКРС) в квантовой яме. Показано, что экситонный канал 2ФРКРС приводит к резкому усилению (?0 −3 ??2 ⁄ ?0 раз, где ?0 - безразмерная константа экситонLO- фононного взаимодействия) сечения 2ФРКРС по сравнению с аналогичным процессом в объемном полупроводнике. Это усиления обусловлено возможностью реального испускания LOфонона в экситонном канале.
