В данной статье исследуются коллизии между нормами гражданского и семейногозаконодательства в предпринимательской деятельности супругов. Рассматриваются вопросыправового режима имущества супругов, имущественной ответственности по обязательствам и разделапредпринимательских активов. Проанализированы действующее законодательство РеспубликиУзбекистан и существующие проблемы правоприменительной практики. По результатам исследованияразработаны предложения по совершенствованию правового регулирования предпринимательскойдеятельности супругов. Научная новизна работы заключается в комплексном анализе правовыхколлизий и обосновании путей их устранения
