Ushbu maqolada Turk xoqonligi hukmronligi davridagi Keshning siyosiy tarixi tahlil qilindi. Maqola doirasida xorijiy va mahalliy adabiyotlar va manbalar tahlili asosida Kesh mintaqasida kechgan VI-VII asrlardagi siyosiy jarayonlardagi ayrim o’zgarishlar o’rganildi. Maqolada muammolarni kompleks umumlashtirish, tarixiy-qiyosiy tahlil va davrlashtirish tamoyillari asosida Keshning xoqonlik davridagi siyosiy-iqtisodiy munosabatlari tadqiq etildi. Shuningda tadqiqotda Sug’d konfediratsiyasi tarkibida markaziy Sug’dda kechgan jarayonlarning Kesh vohasidagi siyosiy jarayonlarga ta`siri tahlil etildi.
