Mazkur maqolada institutsional va texnologik o‘zgarishlar sharoitida innovatsion bankxizmatlarini joriy etish metodologiyasini takomillashtirish masalalari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot davomidainnovatsion bank xizmatlarining rivojlanishiga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy omillar tahlil qilingan hamda ularningsamaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan metodologik yondashuvlar ishlab chiqilgan. Shuningdek, bank va fintexsubyektlari o‘rtasidagi hamkorlikni rivojlantirish, raqamli infratuzilmani takomillashtirish hamda mijozlarningmoliyaviy savodxonligini oshirish bo‘yicha takliflar ilgari surilgan.
