Annotatsiya

To compare the physico-chemical and biochemical properties of oral fluid in children with residual defects afteruranoplasty associated with congenital cleft palate with those of a control group of healthy children. The study comprised109 children aged 6–12 years with congenital cleft palate and residual defects after uranoplasty, as well as 50 practicallyhealthy children of the same age. The oral fluid of children with congenital cleft palate and residual defects that developedafter uranoplasty exhibited substantial deviations in its physicochemical and biochemical characteristics. Furthermore, these data serve as a foundation for the further development of methods designed to improve the composition of oral fluid
