This article examines iron-containing metallurgical wastes, including electric arc furnace (EAF) dust, steelmakingslags, copper smelting slags, and tailings from copper concentrators. The chemical and phase composition of thesewastes was analyzed, highlighting both environmental and economic benefts of recycling. The study revealed signifcantcontents of iron, zinc, copper, and other valuable components, supporting their potential as secondary raw materials.
