Methodology for developing medical students’ preventive thinking and healthy lifestyle competence

Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the role and significance of medical-pedagogical prevention in the process of strengthening public health. At present, preserving and improving the health of the population, preventing various diseases, and promoting a healthy lifestyle are among the most important tasks of the healthcare system. From this perspective, delivering medical knowledge to the public, especially through the effective use of pedagogical approaches in promoting a healthy lifestyle among young people, is of great importance. The article examines the role of the education system, pedagogical technologies, and awareness-raising activities in organizing medical-preventive work. It also analyzes the possibilities of improving public health by increasing medical literacy, ensuring compliance with sanitary-hygienic rules, and implementing early disease prevention. The research findings show that medical-pedagogical prevention is an important factor in shaping a healthy lifestyle among the population, preventing diseases, and creating a healthy environment in society. In conclusion, the wide introduction of modern pedagogical methods, medical education, and preventive measures serves to strengthen public health, increase the medical culture of the population, and ensure the effectiveness of the healthcare system.
