Annotatsiya

The article presents an analysis of surgical treatment results of 448 patients with hepatic echinococcosis and its complicated forms. The study was conducted at the Department of Surgical Diseases and Radiology of Samarkand State Medical University. Patients were divided into two groups: the main group (n=236), where minimally invasive endovideosurgical and navigation-puncture technologies were applied, and the control group (n=212) with traditional open interventions. A comprehensive approach using modern radiological diagnostic methods (ultrasound, CT, MRI, ERCP) achieved 100% informativeness in verifying the type of cyst and presence of complications. The use of minimally invasive technologies in combination with chemotherapy and hepatoprotectors led to a reduction in postoperative complications from 24.1% to 8.1% according to the Clavien-Dindo classification, complete absence of lethal outcomes, and a decrease in recurrence rate from 12.3% to 6.7%. The study results demonstrate the effectiveness of priority application of minimally invasive technologies in the treatment of hepatic echinococcosis.
