Annotatsiya

Acute pancreatitis is a serious inflammatory disease of the pancreas that requires a comprehensive treatment approach. This study compares traditional therapy with an improved treatment strategy for patients with acute pancreatitis. The improved approach included selecting treatment tactics based on the correlation between the morphological forms of acute pancreatitis and the phases of the disease, the use of percutaneous transhepatic cholecystostomy in cases of biliary hypertension, and the application of NO-therapy in the local treatment of pancreatic necrosis. Implementation of the enhanced strategy led to a reduction in mortality from 9.0% to 5.0% and a decrease in the complication rate from 24.1% to 15.1%.
