This article lists and analyzes the legal foundations for cooperation between non-governmental non-profit organizations and government agencies in ensuring public safety. Based on the results of the analysis, descriptions are given and proposals are made to improve legislation regarding the interaction of non-governmental non-profit organizations and state bodies in ensuring public safety.
