The article was based on recultivation work using phytoremidiative-specific plants, oil-shattering bacterial strains, comparing contaminated soils and post-recultivation cases. According to the results, ammonifier bacteria are found in soils around the oil field from 3.1×106 to 1.3×108 cells/g.up to the amount of soil, 8.2×106 to 5.8×108 cells/g in soils derived from the surroundings of the oil storage reservoir.it has been found to increase after recultivation up to the amount of soil.
