This article describes the severity of tolerance and its components depending on the level of emotional intelligence. Based on the analysis of the results of the study, it is concluded that the components of tolerance are associated with emotional intelligence, a high level of emotional intelligence is observed in individuals with a simultaneous predominance of two or three components of tolerance. Based on the results obtained, the author proposes to reveal and strengthen the tolerance of the individual with priority on the cognitive component, contributing to the equilateral development of all three components of tolerance.
