Pathological material, namely parenchymatous lymph nodes, was obtained from an animal infected with theileriosis. The lymph nodes were separated from the parenchyma, ground and specially processed. Vaccine material was obtained by cultivating the schizogonic stage of Theileria on artificial nutrient media. The reactogenic and immunogenic properties were studied under experimental and production conditions. In doing so, the absence of reactogenicity and the persistence of immunogenicity over the course of 6 months were established.
