Our report concerns the study of blood formation in various variants of hypoplastic states of haematopoiesis. Various external factors play an important role in the development of hypoplastic anaemias of known aetiology. A constitutional and hereditary genesis of them, associated with congenital endocrine insufficiency, is also not excluded.
