Annotatsiya

In the process of treating deep burn wounds it is important to remove the layer of necrotic tissue in an economically effective way, to prevent infection, to reduce the loss of vital elements of fluid and plasma, to reduce intoxication, and to restore health and working activity rapidly. In the literature there are debates about the timing and the methods of performing necrotomy, as well as about the methods of restoring the skin and soft tissues in the zone of burn necrosis of the body surface.
