This article presents data on the clinical picture and diagnosis of malignant gastric adenocarcinoma and on the effectiveness and shortcomings of modern minimally invasive surgical methods of treatment. The scientific research is based on the diagnostic and varied surgical treatment tactics applied to patients treated in the Department of Thoracoabdominal Oncosurgery of the State Institution "Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Surgery named after Academician V. Vakhidov".
