This study is devoted to examining the psychological impact of colors and patterns in embroidery. In order to explain how colors and patterns influence human emotions, mental health and creative processes, various statistical data and research findings are presented. It has been established that the colors used in embroidery, such as red, green, blue, yellow and black, each produce a distinct emotional effect. Geometric, organic and national patterns also carry psychological significance, and each of them affects a person's mental state and social relationships. The traditional and modern forms of embroidery, as well as its role in art therapy, are shown. This study helps to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of colors and patterns in embroidery and makes it possible to apply this art form as an effective means of mental health and creative expression.
