This article provides theoretical recommendations on the influence of affiliation motivation on the effectiveness of the educational process and on the formation of the affiliation motive, which determines the future communicative success and professional competence of student youth. The article can be used by those engaged in the formation of professional self-awareness in the pedagogical process.
