Methods of improving the physical preparation of judokas

Annotatsiya

This scientific article shows that the research results on the physical fitness of judokas are substantiated theoretically and methodologically, that the foundations of the theory of the training process of judokas rest on the opinions of scholars and practising coaches, that mutually complementary research methods corresponding to the research tasks were applied, and that methods of analysing experimental and test work were used to ensure the quantitative and qualitative fulfilment of the analysis and research tasks.
