Annotatsiya

This article examines the specific aspects of the efficient use of educational (higher education) resources. The fact that a large part of the expenditures required for carrying out the activities of higher education institutions is covered by budget funds calls for the formation of a special attitude towards the spending of these funds. The financing of higher education is carried out in two forms, namely at the expense of state budget funds and at the expense of funds received from the provision of educational services.
