The methods of organizing and conducting extracurricular classes on foreign language issues have not yet been fully studied. Textbooks and manuals on these issues do not sufficiently cover the methods of organizing and conducting various additional lessons. This scientific article considers the methods of organizing and conducting classes in a foreign language, as well as the general concepts of extracurricular activity, the methods of holding song evenings and the methods of holding evenings of scientific and technical news. In addition, the methodology of organizing and holding competitions and quizzes, including the methodology of organizing and holding oral speech competitions, will be studied in depth.
