The presented article considers the questions of the management of the training process of gymnasts by means of control over the performance of competitive and specific loads of high intensity and predominantly anaerobic orientation, in connection with the current changes of the adaptation processes associated with various regimes of the muscular activity of gymnasts when performing a voluntary competitive composition with a hoop and jumps over a skipping rope
