The creation of green zones in cities is intensifying, and in our hot and dry climate tree and shrub vegetation, and especially coniferous and evergreen plants, are of very great importance. In recent years the scale of planting ornamental coniferous trees and evergreen shrubs in the city landscaping system has increased. This article discusses the importance of ornamental plants in the life of the city and their diversity.
