It is known that the presence of chloride and other salt compounds in the extraction of minerals from the surface and underground, along with the abrasive effect on metal structures, also causes corrosion. In this article, in order to increase the service life of metal structures, research was conducted on increasing the durability of their surfaces and using various coating technologies to increase their resistance to wear and corrosion.
