The purpose of the study: to approximate the dynamics of clinical and hemodynamic indicators in the acute period of ischemic stroke disease, as well as to improve the standard treatment measure. Research material and techniques. As a research material, 50 patients with ischemic stroke disease were monitored in the intensive neurology and neurology departments of the TTA multidisciplinary clinic, confirmed by multispiral computed tomography examination. The patients under study (n=50) were conditionally divided into 2 groups, that is, 25 patients who received basis therapy as well as standard therapy in the treatment of ischemic stroke, and 25 patients who took 10 ml of Lidosinate intravenously in 100 ml of saline solution for 10 days against basis therapy, standard therapy and brain edema. Results: All (n=50) patients were tested on the 1st, 2nd days of hospitalization and on the 10th day of treatment, clinical neurologic (NIHSS and Scandinavian scale), angiological (duplex scanning of cervical trunk blood vessels), and neurovisualization, i.e. cranial MSKT, on the 1st day of the diseaseAmong the objective signs, among patients in one group of patients, the increase in pay reflexes, central paralysis of nerve VII and XII and cognitive disorders were significantly more pronounced than in the rest of the symptoms NIHSS Scale decreased by 32.35%, and on the Scandinavian scale – increased by 12.79% compared to patients who were not treated with Lidosinate (р<0,05).         Conclusion: Thus, the results of the study showed that the use of Lidosinate reduces the effects of ischemia and hypoxia by normalizing the permeability of brain tissue, which plays an important role in early and late neuronal injury processes in acute ischemic stroke. Neurological scales have shown that the use of Lidosinate is a significant improvement in the clinical picture of the disease, which is confirmed by a decrease in the severity of neurological deficits according to clinical indications. The use of lidosinate improves effective intrasserebral blood flow as a result of improved venous circulation, which in turn leads to improved arterial perfusion of the brain.
