Annotatsiya

The clinical picture of acute peritonitis is different in its different stages. In the initial or reactive stage, along with pain, a large number of syndromes are detected from the abdomen. Tension of the anterior abdominal wall, inability to defecate, nausea and vomiting, the Shotkin-Blumberg sign is detected on palpation. In the very early stages, the pulse slows down reflexively, then accelerates, and a discrepancy between the pulse and body temperature appears. The body temperature rises from the beginning, the rectal temperature is 1-1.5 C ° higher than the axillary temperature. The tongue becomes dry and covered with a coating. The number of leukocytes in the blood increases, a shift of neutrophils to the left is observed.
