Annotatsiya

Menstrual cycle disorders are among the most common gynecological issues faced by adolescent girls and often indicate underlying hormonal or systemic imbalances. These disorders may include amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, oligomenorrhea, or irregular cycles and are frequently accompanied by emotional and physical discomfort. Without timely and comprehensive intervention, these problems may affect reproductive health, academic performance, and overall quality of life. This paper explores the structure and components of a medical rehabilitation program tailored specifically for adolescent girls with menstrual irregularities. The program incorporates individualized diagnostics, hormonal regulation therapy, physiotherapy, nutritional support, psychological counseling, and lifestyle modifications. Emphasis is placed on early detection, non-invasive interventions, and the creation of a supportive environment involving families, schools, and healthcare providers.Through a multidisciplinary approach, the program aims not only to normalize menstrual function but also to promote the physical and emotional well-being of adolescent girls. Implementation of such programs within school-based clinics and regional health centers is discussed as a sustainable and accessible model.
