Annotatsiya

This article studies the resistance of seedlings grown from Magnolia grandiflora seeds to high temperatures and their protective mechanisms in the hot and arid climate of Southern Uzbekistan. In the experiment, high temperatures were considered a stress factor, and the method of covering the seedlings with a gray cloth was used to protect them. The results of the study showed that seedlings grown under gray cloth had better moisture retention, reduced leaf scorch, and higher vegetative growth rates. This method was found to be an effective protective tool in increasing the physiological stability of magnolia seedlings.
