Arterial hypertension during pregnancy can have serious consequences for the health of the mother and child, so special approaches to the management of this condition are required. The article presents a review of the literature on the management of pregnant women with arterial hypertension. The issues of non-medication treatment of arterial hypertension during pregnancy, criteria for initiation of drug therapy, advantages and disadvantages of the most commonly used drugs during pregnancy are highlighted.
