Congenital clubfoot must be fully corrected before the child can stand independently. In the article, various treatment methods were used in 59 patients with congenital malformations, and the results were analyzed after 3.5 years of observation. The Ponseti method is relatively effective and allows for the complete elimination of all elements of severe deformation. The use of the earliest effective methods for treating congenital clubfoot allows for an improvement in treatment outcomes (91%).
