The development of complications after spinal fractures accounts for 1 to 4% of all injuries, and failure to provide adequate surgical care in time leads to an increase in the rate of disability in the population. 41 adult and elderly patients, 18 of whom were men and 23 were women, who were treated surgically during 2012-2021, participated in this work. It has been proven that positive results can be achieved by treating compression fractures in the area of the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae with an individual differentiated surgical method based on the results of X-ray, MSCT and MRI examination.
