Annotatsiya

A protective adaptive reaction in modeling 10–minute clinical death during diestrus in female rats was observed against the background of activation of the sympathetic nervous system, the prooxidant system, activation of indicators of endogenous intoxication in the adenohypophysis against the background of increased morphofunctional activity of basophilic cells vetta and delta, and an increase in the level of the hormone estradiol in the blood. When modeling a 10–minute clinical death during estrus compared to diestrus, against the background of higher activation of the reactivity of the sympathetic nervous system, the atioxidant system, a decrease in endogenous intoxication, an increase in the coefficient of protein stability, against the background of increased morphofunctional activity of beta and delta basophilic cells in the pituitary gland and an increase in the level of the hormone estradiol in the blood, a protective adaptive reaction was observed.
