According to the national register of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2019-2020, 60,000 people annually experience brain catastrophes-strokes. 1/3 of stroke patients have sudden speech disorders-aphasia. In the Tashkent Medical Academy in the Department of Intensive Neurology during 2021 to 2022, in 56 post - stroke patients with speech disorders-aphasias, we used “LOGOS-the first national mobile application for afatics in the Uzbek language " for speech rehabilitation. The conducted work showed that in the dynamics of 1,3,5 days, speech is better restored in patients of the 1st group, if good compliance is established between the doctor and the patient's relatives, and the mobile application used in time effectively helped becoming a good methodological tool for them.
