Annotatsiya

This article asserts that synonymous phrases inherently have the same meaning. Quantity and quality, as a general law of development, are more of a philosophical category. This law applies to emotional lexical-phraseological and phraseological synonyms. Their quantitative diversity is characterized by the usage of each synonym in a specific style and various speech forms. Methodological evaluation involves analyzing the positive or negative attitude toward the quality of such phrases.
