This article examines the influence of gender vocabulary on human behavior. Gender vocabulary also has an impact on our behavior. For example, the use of gender-neutral or feminine forms whendesignating professions or positions can help increase the number of women in these felds and removestereotypes about women’s unsuitability for them. This may be especially important in areas where womenare traditionally underrepresented, such as politics or technical professions.
