Annotatsiya

In this study, Cu/Co-based bimetallic Janus-structured nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by the co-reduction technique. It is found that a Cu core was formed, and Co was attached to it in a hemispherical form, resulting in a clear Janus morphology. The obtained nanoparticles were analyzed using dynamic light scattering spectroscopy (DLS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) methods. According to the analysis results, the particle size was in the range of 50-200 nm. It was found that due to the difference in the densities of metal nanoparticles, the Janus structure was revealed by the TEM method, that have a high potential for use in modern 6G technologies for protection against electromagnetic waves.
