The article explores promising directions for optimizing grain production in the Republic of Uzbekistan, taking into account modern global trends. Based on the analysis of international experience and current research, a complex of measures to improve the efficiency and sustainability of grain production is proposed. Recommendations are presented for technological modernization of the industry, development of scientific and educational base, and infrastructure improvement. Special attention is paid to digitalization, environmental sustainability, and strengthening the country's food security.
