This article is based on analyzes and observations made from the findings of theoretical studies. The interest of such a study lies, first of all, in the need to fill the lack of local research on the topic (balneo-climatic potential, its use, accessibility of resorts in Uzbekistan), as well as a useful tool for planning and developing tourism or developing transport infrastructure. The hypothesis that this scientific approach comes from is that Uzbekistan has a high and diverse balneoclimatic and tourism potential, but, unfortunately, it is not used enough. By separating it in an effective way, it would be possible to increase the competitiveness of the region through the development of tourist facilities and even access road infrastructure. Research requires the use of certain methods. The methodology for carrying out this study combines both classical and modern elements.
