This article explores the theoretical foundations of ethnographic tourism. The definitions given to ethnographic tourism by various researchers are analyzed. The author presents a new definition of ethnographic tourism. The features, forms and experience of organizing ethnographic tourism are analyzed. The tourist attractiveness of the Tuporkkala monument has been determined. It is justified to create an ethnographic tourism complex on the territory of this monument.
