This article analyzes the importance of attracting foreign investment to the private sector and foreign experience. Successful practices in attracting foreign capital are studied using the examples of Singapore, China and Turkey. The possibilities of applying these experiences in Uzbekistan, including simplification of legislation, development of special economic zones, implementation of public-private partnership (PPP) projects, are analyzed. The article contains effective proposals for developing the private sector and attracting investment in Uzbekistan.
