This article examines the issues of improving the personnel management system in commercial banks. Employees are the most important resource for banks, so their skills, motivation and attitude directly affect the success of the bank. The article discusses the processes of personnel planning and selection, training, motivation and evaluation. Also, recommendations are given on how to improve the personnel management system by introducing modern technologies and strategies. This study aims to improve the effectiveness of human resource management in commercial banks and improve the overall performance of the bank.
