This article analyzes the digital transformation of business processes in higher education institutions using artificial intelligence technologies. Three key dimensions of transformation are highlighted: micro-level (individual processes), meso-level (departments and faculties), and macro-level (strategic management). The importance of integrating technologies, processes, and human resources for successful transformation is emphasized. The article focuses on the need for a comprehensive approach to changes driven by AI implementation, including adaptation of culture and management practices. The main conclusion is that digital transformation is key to improving the quality of education and management, as well as enhancing the adaptability and innovation capacity of educational institutions.
