The peculiarities of oral microcirculatory bed vascular lesions in patients with leukemia were studied by laser Doppler flowmetry. Normally, according to perfusion and modulation amplitude components of LDF-gram the capillary component prevails. In acute and especially chronic leukemia a hypoemic type of microcirculation prevailed on LDF-grams, with low amplitude oscillations of blood flow against reliably low values of all microcirculation parameters that was caused by sympathetic effects on tissue microhemodynamics, leading to spasm of precapillary vessels and reduction of blood flow in the microcirculatory channel.
