This article provides a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical aspects of strategic innovation management in a business entity, the development and implementation of innovative strategies necessary to ensure the company's growth and increase its competitiveness. Also, the views of several scientists on the concept of strategic innovation and the degree of impact of innovation on creating new value are considered.
